Admission

Mushroom House Daycare is a private daycare licensed by the Department of Health & Mental Hygiene. Our admission is on a rolling basis throughout the year, however, that depends on whether the desired program has seats available.

The first step would be to schedule a tour, which are offered between 10a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Please contact us via phone or email.

If you decide that you want to enroll your child, at your earliest convenience please come by MHD to pick up a registration packet
